So, "The End of Overeating" by Dr. David Kessler, was Mishka's suggestion, for when it comes out in paperback (to add to our googledoc, ahem, Matt), but it is thoroughly backed up by this interesting article in the Times. I promise if we read it I will make some excellent chocolate chip cookies and we can do a social experiment.

P.S. Just so you guys know, I had a crisis of grammatical faith just now about whether of not Snickers took an apostrophe. Eek! But ended up being able to put in the ® which was so much more satisfying.
